We are a small family run B&B since 2006 in a Victorian era House, located 5 minutes away from the costal path network and the beautiful seaside, in the historic harbour town of Dysart. Our property is one of the highest in town allowing guests to enjoy a panoramic view of this picturesque town (see above picture).

Reservation policy:
For bookings made direct with us, the first night is paid in advance in order to secure your booking then full payment will be due on check out and can be made by debit/credit card or cash.

Check-in and Check-out times:

Check-in time: Between 14:00 hours 23.00 hours.

If you wish to arrive before 14.00, we will do our best to arrange a check-in or hold your luggage until your room is ready. If you expect to arrive after 23.00, please inform us by phone or email.

Check-out time: Before 11:00 hours.

Room rates shown on our website are per person, per night and include breakfast, WiFi and VAT. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made by email at least 72 hours prior to your planned arrival date to avoid any cancellation charge. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your due arrival date or do not arrive at the hotel (‘no show’), we will not refund your first night payment.
